Tips for Living Wicca: Honor the Maiden

I don't know about your neck of the woods, but in my area spring is in full bloom. It's such an amazing time of year, and I find myself looking to the Maiden and celebrating Her in all Her glory!

The springtime of the year belongs to Her. While the Crone helps us in facilitating transitions, the Maiden helps to guide us along as we adjust to the new changes. The Maiden is innocence, She is purity. She fills us with a renewed hope. She teaches us to be playful, curious, and optimistic. For those who are young, She reveals the promise of the future, and for those who are older, She helps us recapture our youth and exuberance. 

My Tip for You Today: Honor the Maiden this Spring!

Perhaps make a small shrine to a Maiden Goddess somewhere in your home, or out in the wild where She loves to run free and play. bringHer offerings, like young Spring buds or milk sweetened with honey. Say a prayer to Her and meditate on Her. Discover what messages She has for you.
