Goals are good, and sometimes just a major step is writing them down.
My Tip for You Today: Start a Bucket List.
Put a container somewhere-- perhaps on your desk-- and begin writing things you hope to do on little slips of paper or index cards. I encourage you to do this physically, rather than keeping a file on your computer-- files get filed away. A little bucket is there, always a reminder. The papers are physical representations.
It doesn't matter if everything on your list is realistic or reachable; for now, these goals are just ideas. But that's where things start.
